Agriculture land having roots may leads to problem of bending tines and broken shovels, but there is an option to avoid such hassles by using spring loaded tillers, spring loaded cultivator work efficiently where rood, stone and hard soil is problem, springs that connected to tines and frame, let the tine have variable movement when some hidden obstruction prevent tine to move further and this flexibility of springs let the other tines continue to work at the correct depth. For soil preparation, there are multiple farm equipments available but among all tractor mounted implements, spring loaded tiller beyond others. Spring loaded tillers comes in variety of type and sizes, some have option to adjust gap between tines, some have option of additional tines etc. there are 5 tyne to 11 tyne tillers available, but on request there are is option of uto 19 tine tillers
